"The discipline of practice every day is essential. When I skip a day, I notice a difference in my playing. After two days, the critics notice, and after three days, so does the audience."

-- Jascha Heifetz

MUSIC LESSONS

Piano Lesson

Students begin by learning the basic finger numbers and letters of music notes on the grand staff. These are taught step by step using beginner piano books to build up musical knowledge. Fundamental techniques and stage performance are emphasized throughout training. As the student progresses, they will be trained in universal classical music: Chopin, Bach, Beethoven, Haydn, Debussy, Clementi, etc.

Violin, Viola and Cello Lessons

Students begin with basic finger numbers and letters of music notes. Proper technique, expression, and stage performance are taught with the use of beginner to advanced strings books. Guidance and preparation for auditions, competitions, examination, etc. are provided for students regardless of level. Students are exposed to a variety of playing styles such as orchestral, chamber, and solo performances.

Vocal Lesson

Students begin by learning breath support, vocal intonation, and vocal agility by practicing songs suitable for their age and skill level. Fundamental music knowledge is taught if the student does not already have prior knowledge. We offer a variety of singing styles such as pop, broadway, and opera.
